Express Fun Fearless Life Party
The party had great music thanks to celeb DJ Chelsea Leyland and her hot playlist, i love the signature drinks and all the cute mini bites like corn bread, mini burgers even the cutest and most tasty chicken pot pies.
Cosmo's Editor-in-Chief Joanna Coles and Fashion Director Aya Kanai came out to enjoy the fun festivities, along with Cosmo for Latinas Editor-in-Chief Michelle Herrera mulligan and Fashion and Entertainment Director, Niria Postella.
It was great and such an honor to meet and network with all of them in person, this was just the right party to kick off my great weekend that i know was ahead with so many things to learn and opportunities ahead, plus Express give away these cute sweet treats at the end of the night and December magazine issue with cover girl Rita Ora.
Express also has a cool contest going on, "Show us your style", which consist in posting on social media and hashtag #expressrunway with all the looks you will be wearing over the weekend for a chance to win some great prizes at the end of the FFL weekend and winner will be announced in front of over 2000+ women who attended.

For some reason that night for the Express VIP FFL Cosmo party i had no clue what to wear, then it occur to me hey, black and white never goes out of style, plus it's Express logo colors.
I decided to do something different with my look kind of a hip hop yet chic and fashionable look somewhat like what Aaliyah use to wear.
I paired these black leather jogging pants, with a white shirt, a fun black cape style coat, black heels and a pop of neon with my clutch and red lips to finish the look.
