I am truly excited to be part of this Beauty Ambassador Gal Squad program because 200 and more dolls applied for it and only 29 lucky gals got picked for it, this is a blessing, it's a fabulous tittle to carry and an honor due that Elizabeth Arden is a well know brand nationwide. Just to share a little bio Elizabeth Arden Inc is a cosmetics and fragrance company founded by Elizabeth Arden as Red Door Salon or Spa on Fifth Avenue in 1910. I wasn't even quite born yet but it's a privilege to carry this name and fabulous tittle to be a Beauty Ambassador to represent them and my beautiful location Garden City of course.
This month i had the privilege to visit my location for the first time and met the General Manager for Red Door Spa Garden City Soraiya Rajabali.
The beauty service i had the opportunity to experience this month was a match in heaven for my feet, so i call it, but seriously i recently attended a wedding and i dance so much, because there was a lot of salsa dancing, plus it's been a busy month attending events back and forth all over Manhattan and keeping up in this busy city with my heels, it could be a bit much and tiring sometimes and it simply calls for a serious relaxed feet treatment.
Let me introduce you to the amazing pedicure i had called Watermelon Basiltini,
this match in heaven for my feet, feels and smells just as delicious as it sounds and i am a watermelon fan it's actually my second favorite fruit to eat, this pedicure came right on time before i headed to my week trip to Puerto Rico which i am officially back from.

Hello Red Door Spa.
After i was greeted by the receptionist girls, they took me to the relaxation room to be seated i was offered something to drink so i requested some hot chamomile tea.
I love the decor of the Relaxation room, the colors on the furniture and the entire design puts you into total relax mode.
Tashae who did my pedicure introduced herself while sitting in the relaxation room.

This pedicure treatment time could last about 1 hour or 1.5 hours, to be honest the time and care the staff member put in to it was simply amazing.

This color is Captivate Me Polish by Essie.
I love regular nail polish but i enjoy gel polish better because it last much longer for me, specially when you travel a lot?
Right before everything started Tashae brought me a warm neck pillow while i sit and relax and it smelled so good i am not sure if the scent was Cinnamon but it was delicious.
For the gel pedicure their procedure is a little different but i actually enjoyed it better, they start with a dry pedicure gel application, the apply the color chosen on your nails, then place your feet on the water for the pedi treatment and massage.
Next they apply the scrub that smells so heavenly delicious. You get a hydrating massage with silky vanilla butter cream scented shea and cocoa butter. The cream makes your feet and legs feel incredibly soft.
My nail technician Tashae worked wonders during my manicure process. I truly recommend her for her excellent job during my visit at Garden City Hotel.
Even though I get pedicures every two weeks and during the entire year, for the first time in a while I actually felt like I’d been fabulously pampered.
This was my very first time getting a paraffin treatment to seal in all the moisture it was perfect and so relaxing.
and then covered with a towel for a few minutes before the final touch and massage...
