Vintro Kitchen Restaurant space captures the essence of Old Havana's casual-style, with a dash of comp-temporary luxury and South Beach sophistication.

I enjoyed reading my book daily every morning as i enjoyed my breakfast on the counter, it truly captures the essence of Old Havana's casual-style or even someone Latin dinning home.

What i love is that each mornings i felt like i was surrounded by people i knew, even the guest that stays at Vintro Hotel are friendly, the morning servers like Roberto and hotel staff were very polite and attentive with service.

I will run into the General Manager Adnan at breakfast and he will always ask me if everything was ok, how is my stay so far and to enjoy my breakfast, Kayla and Mariela will also greet me as they were having coffee or maybe some fruits from the kitchen.

I went on this trip alone and to be honest not once being at the Vintro Hotel & Kitchen felt like i was alone because everyone was so attentive and nice to me, it felt like home and family, as the days goes by i enjoyed my stay more and more and didn't want it to come to and end.

Vintro Kitchen had a breakfast menú to choose from, but now that weather is even hotter in Miami they switched it up for something more light and refreshing like breakfast on the counter.

Every Morning i enjoyed a little yogurt, fresh fruits, some fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced bread, cereal, orange juice, chamomile tea and a few slices from the charcuteries. with a broiled egg.

If you are not up to having breakfast on the counter you can always bring your breakfast to bed or enjoy it while sitting in your room or suite, just like i did one of the mornings i was too lazy to eat around everyone else.

~Canal Terrace~

Is a palm lined dinning terrace that accomodates up to 40 for dinner and brunch or 60 for cocktail reception.

This lovely location can be booked exclusively for your event uniquely situated on the Collins Canal.

Dine under the South beach Sky or visit the canal terrace when they have their fabulous brunch on Sunday, depending how the season is at the moment for sure.
