Scorpion Bar and Dinner Vintro Kitchen Style.

First i was greeted by David he was my server for the night, he was extremely attentive and also explained every single question i had about the menú, plus give me a few suggestions that i ask for and my dinning experience was just excellent. I love that he was 100% attentive on provided great service.

Dinner at the Vintro Kitchen was lovely, i had sooooo much to eat and tried so many things, service was awesome i felt like i was actually walking into a family member kitchen due to how friendly the staff was.

Vintro Kitchen is a vibrant mix of simple and sophisticated, old and new, influenced by the Mediterranean and inspired by Latin flavours.

Vintro Kitchen South Beach is committed to the ingredients-based, craft approach of food and drink culture and offers a contemporary menu designer for sharing.

And that's exactly what my friend Judy and i did, share share share everything we had and everything they brought to our tables, we already had in mind a few things we wanted to order but they we're testing a new few items that will be displayed in their summer tapas special menu which is limited and daily from 7PM-9P daily.

Everything was tasty and super delicious from the refreshing and flavoured Sangria, to the Bronzini as the fresh catch of the day, the mini lamb burgers, the crispy pork belly and more which you will get to enjoy bellow.

While dinning Executive Sous Chef Luis Antezana came over my table to check on our food and ask me how did i like everything, he even explained a little of how the fresh catch of the day was cooked. Than you to Executive Chef Giorgios Bakatsias for also making such delicious platters and allowing me and my guest to try some of the item that will be featured in the Tapas menu.

Vintro Kitchen South Beach menu items feature aphrodisiac bites, a selection of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, a selection of tapas, small plates, salads, wild-caught fish and seductive desserts.

I will like to thank David again my server for such a greet experience and for his service, i even complimented him because it's been a while since i've had a server this friendly, attentive and nice as him, now in days servers are use to having their gratuity added to customers check and they barely care to provide good service, even here in NY it happens to me alt times, so it was very nice and refreshing having someone this nice and friendly plus he had no clue i was writing an article/review about the hotel until i actually mentioned it once my dinning experience was over.
