Where should i begin, all of you have been following my social media platforms, and have ask me many questions about my Miami stay and vacation getaway, well here i introduce you to the amazing hotel that i got to stay in and spend my days of fabulosity and total relaxation in South Beach, Welcome to Vintro Hotel & Kitchen.

It's located right on 2216 Park Avenue, ir's a hidden gem in the heart of South Beach, it's your perfect private escape but, don't panic, Vintro Hotel & Kitchen have so many things and great amenities for you to enjoy and you are just a few blocks away or streets over to all the excitement and fun of South Beach Miami.

I had an early arrival, so i decided to call Vintro to check on avalibility of my room, i got to speak to Fernando, which customer service over the phone is the first impression a guest receives, he was super nice and very polite, then i got to actually meet him in person as he checked me in to the room, well the expectations was great he was as nice and polite as he answered the phone in person.

Nothing like great customer service in the hospitality industry, all of the front desk staff was super friendly and with such a great vibe so was everyone else i met daily at the hotel, including The General Manager Adnan Jafrov, Front Office Supervisor Richard Donovan, Kayla Serafim and Mariela from the Sales Department and Anastasia Dyukova Guest Relations Manager and of course the coolest of them all The CEO of Vintro Hotel & Kitchen Enrique Colmenares.

Meet The Owner of Vintro Hotel & Kitchen Mr. Enrique Colmenares.

How cool are his shoes very retro right?

First i want to say how cool and amazing it was to meet Enrique, it was a true honor for me, and let me tell you he is the most humble and coolest Hotel Owner i've meet and you will ever meet.

As soon as we met he was very nice and so welcoming, he didn't call me Martha or Mrs. Luna or MDollNYC, he give me an instant nickname of his own Lunita, he was great, i asked him to sit and chat with me for a bit, i have a few Questions to ask you about the hotel.

He walk to the Bar area and ask me what would i like to drink, i said juice, he said we don't drink juice here at Vintro, hahaha that response was too funny, so i said i will take a glass a Champagne, he poured it for me and made himself a drink as well, then we sat in the lobby and started our Q&A.

Q1: What does Vintro mean or why did you name the hotel Vintro.

A1: Vintro means Vintage and Retro.

Q2: What would you like the guest to feel when they enter your hotel.

A2: Like they are home, i will like them to feel very welcome like a guest into my home.

Q3: Is there any upcoming projects you are currently working on.

A3: Stay Tuned for some Vintro Surprise.

Q4: Where are you originally from.

A4: Caracas, Venezuela.

Oh nice i am Venezuelan as well, I was born in Caracas too.

Q5: What inspired you to decorate the hotel so fun and stylish at the same time.

A5: My Style and personality fun vintage and retro.

Q6: Is this the only Vintro Hotel in South Beach.

A6: Yes for Now.

I hope yes for now means that Vintro will expand in other locations like New York or just something absolutely fabulous and surprising i can't wait to see what's Enrique next project.

It's so empowering to meet people from your country doing great things and making their dreams come true.

My time with Enrique Colmenares was a moment i will always cherish, he used the exact and perfect description for Vintro is a welcoming Hotel that makes you feel like home, or just someone's beautiful home in South Beach Miami, basically it's the ideal Miami getaway.

To be honest i felt like Enrique was a long lost found uncle i had in Venezuela haha, from the moment i met him every time i saw him, in the lobby or dinning area he will always ask me, Lunita are you ok, how is the food, or how is your day good, he is very attentive to his guest.

This is a very relax and section of the Vintro Hotel, it's The Library you will see very cool vintage, retro decor book, wall pictures and the complementary apple computer for the guest to use.

The Library is also a great and cozy place for a good read in private, like your daily newspaper or digital magazine library, the sleek contemporary design makes your stay or quality time more comfortable.
