A Night in BELLINI NY.
Bellini is just another fabulous NYC restaurant i spotted and i can now add and call one of my favorites, i usually don't go to the Upper West Side but after my dinner here last Wednesday i totally have a reason to dine or brunch in the upper west side.
I am so thrilled to share my experience from Bellini, i received an E-mail from Scott who is the General Manager of the restaurant and we exchange ideas of how we can collaborate, he loved the idea and then set up a reservation for me and a guest to dine last week.
The day of my reservation i called to find out the best way to get to the restaurant and i happen to talk to Scott over the phone i then mention i will actually bring 2 extra guest due that My aunt and cousin are visiting me from Trinidad and Tobago, he didn't mind at all and said bring anyone you like i will take care of it. I had all intentions of paying my 2 guests extra meal but Scott was kind enough and comp my entire table's meal.

As i am walking to Bellini i see this guy well dressed in an all black suit talking to a table and a few guest once he saw me at the door he says to the guest well i hope you guys enjoy but i have to go now and attend to Ms Luna that is here, that blew my mind away, he personally greeted and it was Scott that i was finally meeting in person, we said hi to my guest and walk us all to my own little reserved table, totally VIP service, i was already blown by his service over the e-mail and that morning taking care of my reservation and meals but this was the perfect cherry on top to brag about this cool restaurant GM with an awesome personality.
We sat and started looking over the menu at my cute reserved dinner table, i love the fresh flowers and specially the Pellegrino sparkling water bottles they use for them.
This is where they make the Brick Over Pizza, which i actually got to see Ronaldo make a Calabrese Pizza, that look so delicious you can check the video on my instagram @mdollnyc
They offer an extensive wine list.
Meet Luis the bartender who is originally from Ecuador and also our server for the night, i love sangrias and Scott told me that Bellini makes the best one's so i had to try it.
They only offer red sangria, i am not a red sangria kind of girl but let me tell you it was so so so good that i have another reason to come to the upper west side thanks to this delicious Red Sangria at Bellini.

I just tried a delicious Burrata 2 weeks ago at the NYY Steak restaurant but the one at Bellini was even better what i loved about this one which was the special of the night is that the friend shape bowl in the bottom was fried cheese, this is totally a cheese lover dish.
Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella while the inside contains both mozzarella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture
Then we shared the assorted hot antipasto which had baked clams, fried calamari, crab cake, shrimp scampi and risotto balls.
My mom had this delicious Black Taglierini con Frutti di Mare.
My cousin Mariana went for the traditional Penne Arrabbiata with spicy tomato sauce.
And my aunt Rosie and I order one of the special of the night which was Lobster with Linguini, i just want to share how blown away i was when this plate came out, the presentation was magnificent and so was the flavor, i thank the chef for such a delicious meal plus my 2 favorite foods are Seafood and Italian so it was my match in heaven dinner plate and perhaps the best Lobster Pasta presentation i have ever seen so far.

This Cheesecake with Ricotta cheese was hands-down a yummy sweet treat and is now one of my top favorite cheesecakes to eat, super delicious.
The perfect thing to pair my delicious cheesecake with is a peach Bellini at Bellini Saluti.

You Rock Scott, thanks for such unforgettable and amazing dinning service and also for chatting with my family and sharing some cool shopping and Italian stories with us.
Well Bellini is a must visit so there you have it the Red Sangria, the cheesecake, the General Manager and amazing restaurant staff plus the food taste and presentation, should i give you more reasons to visit Bellini Italian Restaurant in the Upper West Side.
